Mr. P.R.S. Oberoi is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EIH Limited, the flagship company of The Oberoi Group. He provides leadership for the management of luxury hotels in several countries. Oberoi hotels and resorts have received numerous international awards and the “Oberoi” brand has come to represent fine luxury hotels that offer personalized service. He is credited with placing Oberoi hotels on the international luxury travelers’ map with the opening of the new luxury hotels in exotic locations around the world while redefining architectural and design standards in luxury hospitality. A key aspect of this is the development of hotels that reflect their environment. In January 2008, Mr. Oberoi was awarded the Padma Vibhushan, India’s second highest civilian honor, in recognition of his exceptional service to the country.
Micheal Lang completed his post graduate degree at Oxford University. He has worked as a partner in numerous law firms, as a counselor for the Price Commission Executive Office of the President and was a Founder and Managing Director of Notre Capital Ventures. He lives in Santa Fe New Mexico with his wife Tami.
Stephen L. Feinberg is Chairman and CEO of Dorsar Investment Co. Throughout his career he has held executive positions in investment, venture capital, and financial management companies. His long list of public service Director and Advisor positions include El Paso Community Foundation, El Paso Cancer Treatment Center, National Organization on Disability, University of Texas College of Business Administration and M D Anderson Cancer Center. He currently a resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
David Swartz is the Chair of the Higher Education Information Security Council and Chief Information Officer of American University. He was the Vice President and CIO at George Washington University for eight years, and the Director of Information Systems and Network Services at West Virginia University, where he had responsibility for enterprise infrastructure and information systems. David has worked as a consultant on ERP systems and telemedicine networks for groups such as Columbia Health System out of Nashville, Saint Francis Health System out of Tulsa, the states of North Dakota and South Dakota, Indian Health Service, the Veterans Administration and the U.S. Military. He has been an author and editor with Telemedicine Today where he has published over 50 columns featuring articles on telemedicine technology. He has published 35 peer reviewed articles, two chapters and one book.
Professor Constant J. Mews is Director of the Centre for Studies in Religion and Theology at Monash University, Australia. He is a specialist in the thought and religious traditions of the Christian middle ages, and has a strong interest in the diversity of religious traditions around the world and in their interaction, both past and present. He is heavily involved in promoting the cause of interreligious dialogue in Australia, most recently through involvement with the Parliament of the World's Religions.
Howard Josepher is the founder and President of Exponents, a non-profit, community based organization helping individuals with drug problems, re-entry from prison and HIV/AIDS. He has been a long-term advocate for substance abuse services based upon science and compassion. A sought after speaker, Mr. Josepher has appeared on numerous radio and television shows and international forums speaking on addiction issues. He is a member of the New York City Health Department’s Health and Mental Hygiene Advisory Council and a recipient of the National Association of Social Workers Diego Lopez Award for his HIV/AIDS work.
