How do you honor the sacredness of life in everyone and everything?

I honor myself as the expression of life in a human body. The birds, the trees and flowers, water, the rocks, and the people I sit next to on the bus each day are the same expression of life.

Life as essence is sacred. Without it, we have nothing. Life is ultimate value.
