What is more ordinary and yet extraordinary than life? It is ordinary when we take it for granted and live habitually and robotically within its day to day happening. It is extraordinary when we are wakeful and truly alive, surprised and delighted with the newness of life in each moment. If we are whole, life is a sacred experience.

To make this focus simple and practical, first be wakeful of the sacredness of life in yourself. Honor yourself, love yourself, celebrate yourself for the extraordinary life that empowers you and makes this human experience possible. Without the miracle of life, moment by moment, what are you? Without life, there is no human experience. Begin each day by looking in the mirror. Look directly into your eyes and be aware of the divine life that is reflected back to you. Be grateful for this life experience and honor its sacredness. Such is but the extraordinary in the ordinary.

Second, be wakeful of the same divine life in everyone you meet. Look directly into their eyes. Love, honor and celebrate each person for the extraordinary life that empowers them and makes their human experience possible. Be grateful for this experience and honor its sacredness. Again, such is but the extraordinary in the ordinary.

Third, be wakeful that you and everyone on this planet share the same divine life. Love, honor and celebrate the extraordinary life that empowers all and makes human experience possible. Be grateful for this experience and honor its sacredness. Again, such is but the extraordinary in the ordinary.

Let us stop looking for miracles and rather be wakeful of the miracle that life is in each moment. We are this miracle. Everyone is this miracle. The sacredness of life is the ultimate miracle.
